Since year 2006 I have been involved in coaching and I started at the Athletic Club in Ireland, having a small group of children. My last project combined Physiotherapy and Training in one concept, developing basics for healthy and beneficial exercising for all age categories in the Czech republic.
At the moment I am working as a Personal Trainer and organiser of Sports Outdoor activities in Lausanne area. My qualifications include Master of Advanced Studies in Sports Administration at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and M.S.c in Economics and Coaching certificates in Athletics and Fitness.

My passion for athletics already started as a little child. According to my parents, I just seemed to have a natural urge for running, jumping and especially throwing. At the age of 8 I joined my first athletics training and since then I competed over 20 years, winning several titles in decathlon and leading athletics training groups for young talents.
After finishing my studies of Sports Sciences at the Technical University Munich in 2011, I joined a sports developing program in Argentina – establishing several training groups of socially deprived children in San Miguel de Tucumán.
